A. Biosecurity and Decontamination ALL IN RATE ( A.I.R )
The A.I.R guarantees that your vehicle will receive a MAF clearance for the fixed price regardless of whether the unit is pre cleared in Japan or cleared in New Zealand. To keep the rates for the majority of the cargo at a cost effective level the following vehicle categories (Note: also see section B) and costs can not be incorporated into an A.I.R.
- Fumigation costs excluded from all categories (except passenger cars and 4wd’s) - Deck removals - Inner cargo removal - Boats - Dead Vehicles - (Forklift/ tow vehicles) - Construction machinery - Machinery vehicles - Golf Carts - Jetskis

Hiab Crane Trucks must have the wire removed before acceptance by KCC.
NOTE: Since these services are performed off shore, they are zero rated for GST.
